Bloomington Arthur Murray Dance Studio has been teaching ballroom and social dance lessons in the Monroe, Green, Brown and Johnson counties for the past twenty-three years. opening on the east side of Bloomington on Feb. 14 1994, the locally owned studio has helped thousands of people achieve the results they have wanted with their dancing. The Owner, Barbara Leininger, received the 2016 Loyd Olcott community service award and in 2008 the Diane Breeden-Lee Community Catalyst Award from the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce for her development of the fundraising show “Arthur Murray Bloomington’s Dancing with the Celebrities”.
