It started in 1930 with a family owned & operated I. Fell Building, a commercial building in Bloomington, Indiana.
In 2012, the seeds of Roseway Capital were born, when the fourth generation of that family, Scott Caulfield, took over ownership & management of the The Fell Company.
Since then, Roseway Capital has added Lean on Me Properties and Arbutus Properties to their management stable.
